Jennifer Sabatini Fraone is named as 2012 Part-time Professional of the Year!

We are pleased to announce that Jennifer Sabatini Fraone has been selected as the first recipient of the Part-time Professional of the Year Award. Jennifer is the Assistant Director, Marketing, and NEWFA for Boston College Center for Work & Family. She was nominated by her co-worker Danielle, who is the Director of Corporate Partnerships. As part of the submission, Danielle wrote:

Jennifer will, without question, adjust her schedule in order to attend an event or meeting that will highlight the work of the Center or build relationships with those interested in learning more about our work.   In order to accomplish all the Jennifer does in her position, she is extremely efficient. Jennifer will maximize her time in the office for meetings and project collaboration, taking advantage of the flexible schedule to minimize commute times and working from home when there are larger editing or research that can be done independently.

The nominations were judged by Steve Dailey, Austin, TX, Jennifer Martin, Plymouth, MN and Sharon Gates, Wilbraham, MA. The nominations were blind meaning that the judges did not know the company, the nominator's full name nor the nominee's full name. They were asked to make their judgement based upon how each nominee fulfilled the criteria of a Part-time Professional.

Our judges commented that all the nominees were part-time professionals and thus terrific employees  which made it hard to judge and choose a winner. We look forward to profiling many of the nominees and their companies in the next few months.
